And my answer to that is pretty simple. I help people go further faster. It's so complex, yet so simple at the same time. There are countless strategies and approaches to accomplish this goal for me and those I work with, but it all starts with your mind. It begins with realizing you have unlimited potential, and no matter how far down it's buried or how far removed you might be from it today, it's there!

The early version of Nick was an image of a happy-go-lucky kid who was a dreamer. Along the way, he was conditioned, molded, and conformed to fit a narrative for those who didn't know how to teach, coach, or mentor him. And it didn't take long for that narrative to stick. Through most of his adult life, that dominant mindset was the conditioned belief that he was dumb, on a path for failure, and unlikely to succeed. It is that exact mindset that uniquely equips Nick to help others develop a Mindset for success.

Although many would have said it would never be possible, those developmental years make it possible for him to expedite lasting changes in his clients and students. Before acquiring an education, Nick started down the long road of entrepreneurialism. In his second year at the University of Hawaii, Nick and his partners were one of the original alternative fuel manufacturers on the Island. He went on to work with three of the largest Agricultural organizations in the world. Most recently, he has helped build one of the premier Human Capital Management agencies in the midwest.
